Sunway Overseas is a vertically integrated company with complete in house manufacturing facilities. We have our own Handlooms, Power looms, Table top tufting machines, stitching machines,
Cabinet dyeing machines etc. The company is spread out in an area of 5000 Sq Mtr. with a monthly Table top tufting production capacity of around 1,50,000 square meters & woven rugs capacity of around 1,75,000 square meters. We have 5 Cabinet Dye machines with capacity of producing 2500 Kg Yarn per day. And we having two Bathmat piece Dye cabinet machine with capacity of 2000 Kg per day. We also would like to add here that we can produce even double quantities than what we’ve mentioned here only with one month short notice.

Quality: – Our Company lays great importance in maintaining quality of our products. We have a dedicated team of Quality controllers who keep an eagle eye during the entire manufacturing process. Quality checks have been placed at each stage of manufacture and goods are checked till the final stage of packing and dispatch. Apart from our own in house checking we also hire external agencies like SGS and BV to carry out tests on various parameters. With our investment in advanced technology and trained personnel, we emphasize trust on Quality Assurance. Lead-Time of Production :-We know the importance to timely delivery of any order & ready to accept any order with any frame of time. Generally the lead time of any order would be 7-8 weeks ex India, but from any requisition of
our customer we always try our best to shorten the lead time depending upon urgency of order.
